Tonio Borg – President
Tonio Borg is the President of the Federation. He served as European Commissioner for Health and Consumer Policy from 2012 to 2014. Before that, he was elected Member of Parliament in his native country Malta in 1992 and went on to hold several ministerial positions, including Minister of Home Affairs and Justice (1995–1996, 1998–2004). From 2004 to 2012, he served as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Pablo Siegrist Ridruejo – Vice President
Pablo is Director of the Jérôme Lejeune Foundation in Spain (Madrid). He is an expert in the design, launch and management of new projects, particularly in the field of education. As a visiting professor, he collaborates with several business schools on strategy issues.
Ségolène du Closel – Executive Director
Ségolène holds a PhD in social sciences. She previously worked in NGOs, in the field of ecology (Courant pour une écologie humaine – France) and bioethics (Argentina).
